We’re Going To Paris!
I can’t wait! we are going to Paris in less than a week’s time. I found a good deal on British Airways, flights and accommodation for us both, our hotel is situated right next to Disney Land, to be honest I was Sky Scanning my face off looking for cheap flights before the school term starts. I went over to BA.com to see what City breaks they had on offer and there it was, flights and 4* accommodation in Paris, I booked the tickets but what pushed me to go ahead was the hotel right next to Disney Land.
It never occurred to me to ever visit Disney Land or Paris, I’m not really a big theme park goer or a City girl but I knew my son would absolutely love it so I decided there and then.
I checked around for the entrance tickets to both Disney parks which are Disney Land and Universal Studios, I’m going to be honest, the prices scared me, they aren’t cheap at all, The average price for 1 adult and 1 child, for 2 days and both parks were £200! 3 days was £245, Ouch! After 30 minutes I came across Expedia.com and saw 3 days for the price 2, both parks for £190. DEAL!
What Do I Plan On Doing In Paris?
Here is a rough list of what I think is worth doing in the 5 days we have visiting Paris;
- Eiffel Tower – Day and night time
- Louvre museum – Depending on time we may come back on another trip
- Disney Land – Both parks over a duration of two and half to three days
- River Seien – Boat trip during an afternoon
- Paris Tour – Currently looking on TripAdvisor for a tour
- Arc De Triomphe – Need to take some photos of this
What I Plan On Packing For Paris
Our flights include a whopping 23kg luggage allowance each, obviously I’m not going to be using all of this! I will be taking with me my Ospray Nebula backpack and my super mini cabin case. I will also be taking a mini 10ltr backpack stored in my larger one which will come in handy when going to Disney Land for the day.
